Map*.rxdata editor

I am looking for a ruby script to export the data of a map (events mainly) to a human readable file, so you can edit it and after that re-compile it as a rxdata. there is a program that does it alredy but the links are dead and i can't contact the author.

This would be useful to me because i could open the file with a text editor (gedit) and run a spell check to the dialogue events

i don't need a rpg maker script, just a ruby miniscript.
