I hadn't realized that scanning these images would make them look much worse, but I would like some feedback on these.
My friends gave me a little feedback too.
I edited the mage girl with the staff several times...

The first thing and most important thing you need to do is work on your anatomy. Whether this is by taking a class or by studying reference pictures, you need to work on "real" bodies before you start making them cartoony or otherwise "deformed."

Your bodies are generally shapeless and are off on proportions. They're not exactly posed in the most dynamic of sorts, either. Make them more lively and you'll see that you'll get more of an impression from them.

You may also want to work a little on your shading, as right now it seems that it mostly consists of stroking mono-directionally and smudging your pencil a little. Get a clean eraser as well, or draw with lighter strokes if you know you're going to be making mistakes and having to restart often. Finish--or at least solidify--your product first before going over it with a darker outline so that way it's not as obvious where you have erasure marks.

I think this site could help, there's others too if you want to check them out. Basically, draw out light circles, which would be for the head lengths. The neck would be 1/4 a head length, and I forget which site it was but it showed the head lengths of the arms and stuff too. A character would be generally 7-8 head lengths. Your characters right now are about 3-4 head lengths, so they look like little kids or plain unrealistic. And remember not to make the legs too short, from the waist to the feet are about 5 head lengths.

Okay. Thanks for the advice. You guys are way more useful that my friends.
This one girl I know is always saying the boobies are too big.
My other friend was all like give her bigger boobs.
The only useful advic I got from them was to make more curves...

Ad I realized I need to make the heads a little smaller to get the whole proportion thing right as far as the amount of heads.

I guess like the dudes up there said, you should use this as a rough sketch and then add details and stuff.
