Making XP games not require people to download the RTP

How do I do this? I've spent hours trying to figure it out. I put all of the files I was using in their folders and let people who didn't have the RTP installed on their computer test the game, but it kept saying that "x-file couldn't be found." People were also getting the "RGSS120E.dll not found" error if they didn't have the RTP installed.
Is there any way to make an RMXP game stand-alone so people don't have to download the RTP to play it? Thanks in advance.
