Making A Video Of Your Game

I was just wondering if there was a way to make a video of your game, in action?

EDIT: I found one! It records both video and sound and its free, with no watermark. Uhh... I dont know the policy on links so its called Cam Studio, search it on google.

I've seen a lot of RMXP Youtube videos that apparently use Hypercam 2, but I think it costs money for a full version, and you may or may not be able to record ingame sounds. The unregistered version gives you a nasty and unprofessional watermark, as well. I think that you can do much better than Hypercam, but I'm new to the field of screen recording myself, having just recently obtained (and promptly broken) a Dell. Good luck with this, though.

I made one just last night, I used the 30 day trial of camtasia studio and it is amazing.  I used hypercam 2 first but switched over because hypercam was giving me horribly jerky recordings.  Camtasia also lets you organise and splice each file with ease.  I can't recommend it enough.  Both hypercam 2 and Camtasia studio are available on download.com

Hypercam does record sound, is free for the watermarked version, and as watermarks go its pretty small - not a big deal.
