Major glitches! Need help please! (payed)

I dont know if it is just my rmxp being stupid or if it is something I'm doing wrong. If someone could check this game out and help me unbug it that would be cool!

Glitch1. The houses... Why is it that when I set the wall tile with an X, the player can walk right on it!

Glitch2. The Interiors... For some reason the player cant even move, the floor tile is marked with an O but the guy wont move around or do anything. And you can walk right up walls like the house glitch!

The only exteroir is the Inn so far so look for the biggest building there, and if you talk to any npcs  they aren't finished so it might drop out in a sentece or something, just warning you.

P.S. I know this is probably to much to ask but I can't figure it out and I thought you guys might know how to do it...

Check to make sure there aren't any passable/inpassable tiles with a blank graphic on a layer above.

yea there isn't, I think it is just my rmxp being wierd... Do you mind checking it out and seeing for yourself? Probably to much to ask but worth a shot I guess.

Yeah, that was the problem, just make sure you take a tile that is non passable over it...or just use the blank tileset in the upper-left hand corner to get rid of the one above it.

What do you mean, in the if you go to game editor and check out the last floor of the Inn, you can't move there, but there is nothing on a diferent layer above it...

Not true. There is nothing you can SEE, but there are tiles there. In fact, they are tile # 3767, which would suggest that you started out with a much larger tileset, had some tiles other than tile #0 (the eraser tile), then switched to the Mine Town In tileset without erasing those tiles.

Erase, using tile #0 (upper-leftmost tile) every invisible tile on layers 2 & 3, and it will work.

Does anyone know why you can walk over walls that have a X on their tile?

As it's already been explained many times, you're walking over invisible, passable tiles a layer above that impassable wall. Erase those tiles like Brew said and it should work properly.
