So I stumbled upon this little gem when I opened up Steam today (read, 26th), and I bought it on a pure whim.

This game is pretty cool. Think of Diablo with nothing but spell casting. You combine spells into more powerful spells and can cast in a line (or cone, depending on the spell), area effect or on yourself which can potentially kill you if you don't have a shield up.

There's co-op for the campaign as well, which is friggin awesome, up to 4 players. There's a revive spell, which is very handy considering you'll probably kill your friends countless times before you get srs. The humor in the game is awesome as well. The characters speak garbled, similar to Sim Speak(tm) (though I can't tell if they're speaking the actual words), and it makes the cutscenes entertaining to watch.
Apparently this game was rushed, and because of that there are some bugs. Lots of crash issues and apparently people have had goblins pull them off screen with nothing they could do except die, as well as mplay issues. However, if you have a program to simulate LAN, you can play just fine, with the exception of the crashes (I'd recommend Tunngle).
If anyone else decides to grab this game, my steam name is Darkwing Duck or psiclone01@hotmail.com
