The ICC is after an arrest warrant for Gadaffi over war crimes...

They want him put on trial instead of just shooting him in the back of the head, which is both slightly admirable and also a much better way to prevent (slightly) future conflict occuring. It won't help much but it will at least help a bit to show the allies are in the right even if they are/not.
