Macromedia Fireworks Menu tab plz help

I am trying to build a website and I recently got Macromedia Fireworks to help me out and looking through the tutorials I came across making menu tabs. I like the idea but I have a few questions. First how do I make the tab button move when clicking the tab link and second if it requires making several different pics (like frames) how do I insert them onto my page?

Apparently noone seems to answer this question So I will for you, What you need to make something like this work is both Fireworks and Flash, In flash there is a option for making buttons ((Use a help menu on Icons, and how to make buttons in the help file of Flash if there is one.)) What you need to do is upload ur image into flash, about like 1 pic to however many tabs ur making.

(Example: the Test 1 is selected in ur example photo, you need to do the same exact thing to test 2 with Test 1 deslected or test 3 so on so forth, depending how many images u have)

If you don't got flash, you can ask someone with it to do it for you.
