Looking for Manga Studio related program for free

I am a cheap person. Cheap people don't spend money like *slap* heres .45 for my lindt chocolate. No, they read manga online, and join couponing clubs (don't ask)
And because i am one of those people, i won't pay $100 bucks for Manga Studio Debut. If there is someone out there who could guide me to a free Manga Studio related program, or a full version that's under 5 mb (too cheap for dsl ) that would be great. (Wow that really slims it down. '___' )

And sorry if i am posting this in the wrong place. Since this is the art section, it seemed right to place it here.

no no those programs don't work you should just improve your drawing skills
i have manga studio it is bad just buy a drawing book trust me a drawing book is a better investment and or a drawing pad its only like 100 or maybe more but they are better for improving your skills it did mine.

you dont have to spend 45 cents for lindt chocolates. overpriced where you are. go to their outlet stores. get all you want for under 8 cents each

I'm cheap but not that cheap you have to spend good money too get good things if you spend nothing you get nothing so if you want something save up
but don't download illegal programs you'll have to pay a way bigger price then
or jail time.
oh and manga studio is to complicated i throw mine some where around here
because i wasted money on it truly a waste of good money i thought i wanted to learn how to use it but lost interest fast.(you'll feel the same if you buy it)

Manga Studio Debut is only 50USD, not 100USD. You'll be hitting over 100USD for Manga Studio EX.
Debut 4.0 is well worth the money, especially since they made it easier to draw with, and added multi-color layers.

EDIT: You'll need to draw the panels yourself, but GIMP is free.

Hi, the question has been answered. Get GIMP, don't get Manga Studio Debut - reasons were given.

Since this strongly implies you'd like to just pirate the software, and I believe the rules say posting links to pirated software is not allowed I'm just going to lock it. Before someone posts a link.
