Looking for Event Spawn Script

I was wondering if anyone had a copy of SephirothSpawn's Event Spawner script.  Now before anyone tells me to use the search function to find it, I already have!  I stumbled upon a bunch of threads with people asking for support for this script, but I never found the actual script itself.  And all the links to the testbed he made are dead now, so I can't even download a demo to it.  Would somebody kindly help me out?  Thanks in advance.
