So, guys, it's been, what, a month? I just finally got set up to live here in Chile, Dad is working hard, same with mum, and my bros are settling into school real good, like myself. Well, sort've. Oh, for those who don't rememba me, I was previously systematicanfailure.
SO...what can I say? The country is cool, the people a nice, firearm laws are tighter than a nuns ass (not trying to be offensive there), but no probs, I live next door to some cops out on a farm, so we occasionally shooting with their awesome tactical Remington 870's, and their low budget .38 special revolvers. This is where the story starts.
I was invited after only a week at school to go to a party. I thought,
'man, these guys really are open people.'
I went, and had a blast. There was chicks, dancing, everything an adolescent loves and expects. Including alcohol. And cigarettes. There were all kinds of green and yellow, purple pills.
Now, here you guys must be thinking,
'Oh, Mr. Thunderpussy, you didn't did you?'
The answer is no and yes. No, I didn't go looking for anything. Yes, I somehow managed to get drunk. Anyway, that's not the point.
I later found out that most of the guys were 18, 19, and the girls were 16. You can imagine what I'm getting at here, and if you can't, it starts in s and ends in x. And the funniest/worst part is, they are all christian.
My question to you people is this;
Is this normal in your country or town?
Is this abnormal?
Is it acceptable by your moral standards?
People may say that they bring shame to religion and those who truly are of the faith. My response to that is:
1). Fuck off. I didn't write this so that you guys could rant on religion, I was just making a point to the seriousness of this topic.
2). In all reality, these kids have religion pushed onto them by their parents, they aren't allowed the choice to choose whether they won't to believe or not. So in reality it's the parents at fault.
On the topic of underage sex, bear in mind that 16 is legal in this area, though it still is frowned upon. And let's face it, apart from those engaging in the act, who really tends to give a shit?
Comment, argue, I just want opinions. Oh, by the way, what's with all of the funding into Xbox 360's and PS3's? What happened to world peace and save the cancer patients?
