first of all Crysis isnt coming to ps3. EA says its not atm.

Yeah, like EA is known for telling the truth. That's their "official" stance, however many PS3 publications have received strong indications it is indeed being ported. Remember, this is EA we're talking about. If it makes money - even if the port is god-awfully bugged and they release numerous patches that only further break the game (like how they did for Battlefield 2 for example; who could ever forget the paradropped tanks?) - they'll release it. They don't have the same strict ethics that companies like Square-Enix do.
Most high-end computers can't run Crysis, so I doubt that the PS3 could either.

The PS3 would be able to run Crysis with some of its graphics toned down. Many of Crysis's intense features could easily be handled by the cell processor - that's what it was designed for. The PS3 could no doubt handle some of Crysis's features better than most high-end PCs could because of the cell processor.

The original Xbox was able to run Far Cry. I'm sure the PS3 could handle Crysis.

XBOX=/=PS3. Also, Far Cry is no where near as detailed as Crysis, so that's a bad comparison.

I saw that, and stand by my statement. It would take more than just "a few graphics". They'd have to take out a large chunk of the game, mangle it,  and then spit on it to make it work on the PS3. Which will kinda make a mediocore game even more sucky.

Awesome Bro

Umm guys... this is a discussion of Little Big Planet, not how tight EA are and why Crysis wouldn't run on a PS3, but in my opinion it would.

NOW TALK ABOUT LITTLE BIG PLANET OR PREPARE TO BE BITCHSLAPPED ! :ssj: :ssj: :ssj: :ssj: :ssj:

It's just a game, so it'll be the average price, here in the UK it's £40 for games but in US it's like $60, right ? Damn thats cheap !

Damn, this game looks awesome.
I am so glad I've got a PS3, even if it was originally bought as a cheaper Blu-ray player that could also play games.

And on a side note, yeah, MSG is fine in food.
I've seen it on a table as a condiment before - salt shaker, pepper grinder, MSG shaker...
