* What is your history with RPG Maker and the RPG Maker Community?
Like the topic says, I am a newbie. Though one or two users here might know me. And I sometimes go on the irc, but from my impressions, it is a big bowl of spam. I've lurked for the past week or so, and decided to join.
* What is your field of expertise in RPG Maker?
Gee, this is kinda a hard question... I have experience with making graphics and I love to draw concepts. I would also say I am good at ideas, story, and design, but sometimes my impulsiveness and laziness gets the best of me, and I write something stupid in a plot concept, in which, I laugh upon and fix later.
* How did you find the forums?
Amazing what you can find with Google, eh? I wanted to learn more about rpg maker, and so, I researched until I ended up here.
* What you hope to get out of the forum?
Besides the resource itself, what I hope to get from this forum is meeting experienced users in making rpgs who can serve as someone to serve as an example and inspiration to strive to complete my rpg in best quality possible, despite being new.
* What kind of creative talents do you have (outside of RPG Maker)?
I love to draw. I also have a lot of experience with Rom Hacking, mostly Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island. Lately I've been composing midis, though I am learning how to make mp3s with FL studio.
* What are your hobbies or interests?
For hobbies, I would say collecting video games, and learning about insects. Insects, putting it in a slightly silly perspective, are like real life Pokemon. And they can accomplish such big things too! I believe that one day, the cure for a very big sickness in the world will be extracted from the venom of an Arthropod of some sort.
As for interests, I would say that I love making videos, drawing, gaming, creating things, making story ideas, and of course, reading manga(Mostly romance dramas) and last but not least, torturing myself with the hardest video game genre ever: Danmaku

Mushihimesama, Touhou, Ikaruga, and Donpachi will be the biggest joy to a retro gamer searching all over the place for modern games with a classic feel that will give em' a challenge. Also, Mushihimesama has an insect theme, and insects+sadistic shmups= heaven to me :D
* What kind of music do you listen to?
Mostly video game music. Most of the soundtracks I listen to are from the Touhou series though, as Zun is on par with even Koji Kondo in my opinion:

Dodging an insane amount of bullets on the screen while fighting against an immortal phoenix Youkai, with this theme playing... Such an insane mix of emotions. Sadness, calmness, anger, chaos, beauty, and courage. Truly, a masterpiece of a song.
Though I am also a big fan of orchestra, instrumental, techno, as well as some metal and a very minority rap. Beethoven is a wonderful musical god, and daft punk is the strange guys with a unique sense of techno that we all know and love. I guess I shouldn't go too-in depth on the music I like, right? ^_^
* What level of education are you in? What are you studying in college?
Sadly, I'm only in grade 9 and I'm not the brightest around. But I take my education very seriously and I strive to become an entomologist.
* The RPG I'm developing.
I'm trying to make an rpg game, like you guys. The concepts are only JUST starting to be put in initiation, but with a little effort a LOT of proofreading before putting anything in action, I'm sure my rpg will be as dramatic as I intend it to be.
The story revolves around a very anti-social girl named Mima Hyabusa and her perverted friend - Mhenlo Oukasa who both had a tragic past together. Mhenlo is the guy who all the girls are after, meanwhile, Mima is the girl who always stands out, who is always being picked on my delinquents of all sort. But she always just blankly stared into space whenever someone tries to bother her, as if they aren't of a problem. She also has strange dreams that always revolve around the same area: A mountain and a dragon.
One day Mima is tricked by one of her bullies to meet at the gymnasium after school. Mima arrives in the gymnasium where the all the doors are closed and locked and her bullies all confront her with threats to stop being with Mhenlo. Mima denies their requests and they beat her up. Mhenlo hears about this from the friends of the bullies, so he rushes to save Mima. As he finds his way into the gym and confronts the bullies, the ceiling collapses on everyone. When Mima regains conscious, she finds herself washed up on a beach near a village full of Youkai, located next to the mountain she saw in her dreams.
Anyways, I hope what I learn from this community will be able to benefit me enough to implement that rpg. And most of all, I hope I meet mature, smart people on this community who can serve as guidance to me.
Keep in mind though that I am a total Touhou fanboy and I make a lot of typoes >_<
