Limit the Damage

In my game, i would the maximum damage at
99999 hit points and the minimum at 1.
I can't use the Trikster Limit Break because i use KGC level 99 break and other script and the conflict is impressive (i think the cause is SDK, all my script does'nt go with it)

Thanx in advance, maybe it a noob thing, but in 3 years of making, i still doesn't understand a lot of ruby :p

I need this script, because my pg make 80.000 damage at enemy with 100 physical def, but with monster with 1 or 10 i do 1 milion damage...
HOW i can limit the damage?
I wont this compatible with coghweel's RATB!!
