I rushed the dragon obviously *because I rush all my sprites* *because I can't work too long on pixelart before going nuts* so I'll probably end up fixing and cleaning that dragon anyway.

Sprites of that size are a whole different ball game to the others as you have to pixel in more detail, which I don't think you have done.

thank you, and yes it has many flaws.. I do my sprites in a matter of minutes.
And I really don't care how big and detailed they are or need to be.

The only problem that I can see is the dragon's neck, just under his horn.

I'd like to say that I really love that red dragon of yours, because it reminds me of Lunar. Not graphically, but brings that up. I like the way that it blends in with the rtp battlers, more so than the original monsters they put out.
 
That new slime is better than the one before it, but his got a pretty gay hand pose their. :P The design for this one is better than the last and the bottom of the sprite curves nicer, which to me makes it look more like it's in perspective on the background. With the blue slime you've done, I feel it would appear more just like its plonked on the screen.

some tiles I just did the tree is wip ofcourse. I think the tree is too small anyway.
 
The grass, mud and rock are all good. They fit in with the cartoony style. The grass definitely has a strong hint of SD3 about it in how you drew.

The tree, unforutnately, is not very good. Trees are trickery to get correct. Thew problem is it doesn't look like its coming off the ground. This may be down to the shades you've used and the perfective the tree is drawn in. But if placed over the grass, it would look very 2D indeed, whereas on the pro stuff, their trees always look like they're coming out of the ground. Another problem you might run into is that the tree doesn't really differ much from the grass in terms of colours, so it probably won't show up clearly enough over the ground.

It looks really nice, Raven. Maybe it is because I cant pixel, but still the battlers own for the style your going! Keep up the good work.
 
Those ones aren't nearly as good. You're right to recognise them as poorer. Perhaps you were just having an off day. The skull one is completely off. The palette doesn't seem very crisp and the shape just doesn't feel right to me. The hand has similar problems, but most damning of all is that the fingers just plain look weird and shapeless. I think yo can do better than that with a second attempt. Making the pose of the whole arm and hand would probably help make it look more dynamic.
