Yes I was being a faggot. I mean, think of the Zelda franchise. In the ENTIRE Zelda franchise [for the GBA and whatnot], do you encounter a dragon? Once? I'm not sure if you even fight a dragon in Twilight Princess, but, I highly doubt you do.
When I think of Zelda, I think of Link being called to duty to find the Master Sword once again, slay Ganandorf or another ugly-named villain who has kidnapped Princess Zelda, and things like that. I'm not saying it wouldn't be cool to incorporate dragons into a Zelda game, I'm just saying the title is suggesting that the main villain is... a dragon. Which sounds absurd. Although, I should've really waited for the story to surface before I judged this post, but I'm quite sure it was somewhere along those lines.
So basically you're saying he shouldn't innovate on a franchise? Even if it's a fangame he should just conform to normal Zelda and make Ganondorf come and steal Zelda and so on? And you'd probably complain even if he did that, putting a dragon in the story would be a refreshing new experience for Zelda, maybe he'll get the master sword and the dragon will be too strong? Hell maybe Zelda will have to help out in battle and cast some magic so he can slay the dragon? What's wrong with that!? Let the man make his fangame however he wants, making fun of him doing something original is just not cool, you should be encouraging him to make something different.
Tells us a lot about you.
@Rey_J: What's wrong with Ganon being behind it all? He's behind everything else, maybe he releases the dragon and it goes out of control and overpowers him? Maybe he's controlling it? So what, having a dragon is something different anyway I'm sure slaying that would make for enough fun, maybe Ganon absorbs it after and it starts an aerial battle with Link and Zelda? Don't just laugh in his face dude, if you think something sucks at least explain why and offer something to remedy it. Trying to look cool and laughing in their face like Skylar did only makes you look like an dick.
EDIT: @TopicStarter: it's Legend of Zelda, your presentation is probably the first thing people see in your post so if it's messily sorted paragraphs and spoilers with caps out of place, no commas and a few full stops it's an instant put off. Run your post through word before you post and get all the grammar and spelling sorted, a prettier post gets prettier replies. That doesn't mean that you should add a load of coloured text with an awesome font, work on putting a decent amount of content first then you can worry about the frills.
