Legend of Goliath DEMO

Introduction
Hello everyone. This is my first project and I'm having fun making this. I wanted to make a game that's different. That is, you play on the other side of the team: you play as the bad guys. I think everyone knows the underdog story of David and the Goliath. Where Goliath is unstoppable, and then one day David shows up and unexpectedly defeats Goliath with one good throw of a stone. Well you play as Goliath in his early years before the fated duel. I also want to show that the bad guys have a life too. The story is not set in stone. I'm also looking for help with this project. The direction of this project is leaning towards a light-hearted comic adventure game. Sorta like a parody or a spin-off.
Please give me constructive feedback on how to improve.
Background
One thousand years ago, Magik gave people power to do the impossible. It help the people advance as a civilization. It was the "science" of that age. Instead of walking, Magik users would fly. Instead of riding a horse, they would teleport to their desired location. A lot of miracles were being performed, the people were happy, and the times were peaceful. However, the peace would never last. "Domains under heaven, after a long period of division, tends to unite; after a long period of union, tends to divide. This has been so since antiquity." One soul, known as the Dark Lord in [History books], discovered secrets within this magik "science". He cast a powerful but uncontrollable spell which cause a catastrophic destruction to the world and created, now known as, the Wastelands.
The [Serfs], the race who introduced Magik to the world, decided to seal away Magik because of its potential danger. They placed a curse on Magik; anyone who tries to use the tainted Magik will become mad and destroy themselves. The mob, who depended on Magik, did not like the [Serfs] decision and exiled the entire race.
Present Day: The use of Magik has died away over the generations. But a new "science" is in the development called "Tech". People found ways to tap into the power of Magik without direct contact with the source. This way the tainted Magik cannot affect the user. It is with the recent discovery (300 years ago) of [dark crystals] that indirect use of Magik was possible.
The Dark Lord is an immortal so he cannot be destroyed, thus in order to seal him away, he was put to deep sleep. The seal grew weaker as the years passed and he sensed the use of Magik again. His subordinates has been awaken to prepare him for the next "Breaking"...

Story
You play as Goliath, the same Goliath in "David and Goliath", and experience his adventures, or misadventures before his fated duel with David. It is Goliath's early years and he does grunt work for Job(Pronounced Joh-be). Job is a charismatic leader, but with a mysterious and shady background. In Goliath's adventures (misadventures), he stops a group of adventurers, goes through a treacherous sewer system, robs a bank, fights ghosts and the paranormal, kidnaps a young lady, and many other quests (when i create them).

Personality: On the exterior, he seems like a rough-head talking with fists first and mouth later. But on the interior, he is a lot clever than he
appears. He is very loyal and because of his nature, it seems like he has no goal of his own...
Biography: He was found and "raised" by Barkeep Job. His birth is unknown, but he'll eventually want to discover his past and why he exists. He ran dangerous errands for Job.

Personality: A leader figure: strict but fair. He doesn't ask you to do things: he commands you to. He's wise and has a lot of knowledge. He is also very manipulative and observant.
Biography: He is a mysterious figure. He started off as an underground ring leader and through manipulation, extortion and bribery, he worked his way into politics where he eventually became the Mayor of Aalneverron. He is not stopping there. Not much is known about his hidden agenda. He has a lot of subordinates and followers, mostly paid mercenaries to do his dirty work.

Class: Best Friend
Personality: Wolf-dog hybrid
Biography: Chewy is Goliath best friend, only friend. A very loyal companion.
Name: Roboto
Age: 26
Gender: M
Personality: He is a fierce and confident man. He doesn't take no for an answer. And if something is his way, he'll cut his way through. He has a weakness for money: he's choose gold over life.
Biography: A mercenary thief. He is well known around the region and always hired out to the highest bidder. Job is currently the highest bidder.
Name: Mingus
Age: ??
Gender: F
Personality: Curious and outgoing. [WIP]
Biography: She is the founder of Witchcraft. Still young and underdevelopment, witchcraft is a derivative of Magik in that it takes ingredients of the rarest kinds to cast spells.
Name: Marcus
Age: Appears 19
Gender: M
Personality: A relaxed individual. An opportunist. Also a perverted horndog. [wip]
Biography: Self-proclaimed ghost hunter. He has many gadgets and devices to detect and trap souls. In other parts he is known as the Soul-Stealer and a fugitive.
Name: Lis
Gender: F
Age: Appears 28
Personality: Very quiet and dangerous.
Biography: She is neither dead nor alive; that is she is a zombie. She is the only being capable of using Magik without going mad: you can't disrupt a dead mind.
Name: S.Jay
Gender: M
Age: Undead
Personality: A joker.
Biography: He is a unique undead. He has a mind of his own. Also able to use Magik without being tainted.
Name: Quinton
Age: 35
Personality: Ambitious and psychotic. He is a doctor that heals using tools and "tech"

-My first mappings are with the "Mystic Forest" area. You can see a lot of noobish mistakes. I'll fix them when I get a chance.
-The Demo took me 25min to finish but only because I skipped all the fights and knew where to go. There are 2 bosses in the demo. The last boss before the end of the demo: you should be able to beat the boss at level 10. If you're smart you can beat him at lower

I'm looking for help. In return, you'll obviously get credit, you will be a character in the game (under your permission), and some experience under your belt. And if this game will become popular (which i think it will
) you will be recognized!Who I'm looking for:
Artists: People with the ability to draw or make cool graphic designs. Specifically, concept artists and sprite editors. I prefer people with experience.
Mappers: VX Mappers, need something to do? Help me map my levels!
Writers: I'm looking for people with better writing skills than me. I need people to help me flesh out my story and develop the background and characters.
Database: I need some help with filling the database; this task is similar to the writers but you don't need to know good english.
