Hi! My name is DragonStone and Im here for some help! Im making a RPG game entitled Legend of DragonStone..I want to make a cutscene but i can't;
2.)I want to make a NPC that is selling still, I cant;
3.)I want to make a battle system in side view Still,I cant;
And manyy more!,,So if you could help me just pm, email, or reply in my post'

Well, hi, Mr. Stone.  You have asked a mouthful, and, unfortunately, you haven't told us a lot of key factors here.

1)  Short form:  Have an Autorun event that displays text, sets move routes, and maybe even shows animations that shows the scene that you have in mind.  More detailed advice would depend on what you want to know.

2)  I have no idea what you mean by "An NPC that is selling still."  Do you mean an NPC that is standing still?  An NPC that is selling stuff?  If you are both clear and detailed in your requests, it's easier for us to help you.

3)  Did you check for any of the sideview scripts that are found in this site?  There are a few, in the "Submitted Scripts" section.

However, how much useful advice I can give you really depends on what software you're using.  Are you using RMXP?  RMVX?  RM23k?  GameMaker?  RPGMaker 3 for the PS2?  The answer to this question is going to change the nature of the answers that you get.

2) You mean that he doesn't move when you talk to him? Check "Direction Fix" on the window of the event.

Now, consider using the search button, located on the upper-right. Consider looking around the program, check what everything does (Right-click on the function and click on "What's this?").

He obviously means
'I want to make a NPC that is selling, still I cant;'
the answer to that would be at the 3rd event page under the battle proccessing theres the command: show proccesing
