Legal Policy

Hi, I'm wondering if I have worded this too weirdly or if it even makes sense. It's a legal policy for my website.

http://forums.vengeance-rpg.com/page.php?p=legal

By posting information or downloadable resources, url links, images, url links to images; uploading avatars, resources, information, url links, downloadable resources; or any content which is physically stored on the database(s) of the website, you agree to abide by this agreement and the terms contained herein. This content will be referred to as [the content] for the purposes of this agreement.

Content ownership will remain in the hands of it's respective creator(s), and full copyright remains intact.

Permission is implied by the submitter of the content for the use of the content on the website and any part of the website (or group of websites) described as "The Kingdom". The submitter implies the right for the website administrator to use these materials to gain site traffic and commercial value, in the form of advertisements and forum sponsorships. This right does not spread to the physical "selling" of materials though the use of advertisements and sponsorships is occassionally viewed as such, which is the purpose of this agreement.

The website administrator holds no responsibility for the practicallity, usability, or completeness of the content, and is not responsible for any harm caused by the content, though the website administrator will do everything in their power to keep such items from the site, as per the Forum Rules.

Submitted content may be removed at any time at the descrepancy of either the website administrator and moderator team. While in some cases the content creator/submitter has the ability to remove content submitted (either through delete or modify post, for example), this right is not implied explicitally and may be removed at any time.

The website administrator is currently defined as Daniel Badger (alias Commodore Whynot) and can be contacted via private message, or if more convenient via e-mail at the address: djbadger - at - gmail - dot - com.

This agreement was last updated on 15th July 2009.

Ignorance or failure to read the agreement is not an excuse for breaking the terms herein.

Looks ok, but I noticed a couple things:

-Nothing is what you would call "physically stored" on the database. While it is true that there are some physical changes going on, legally you would call that digitally stored.
-Not guaranteeing the rights to delete someone's own content is, as far as I know, illegal, considering you said earlier that the creator retains all rights. "Full copyrights intact" kind of doesn't fit with "We can copy it as much as we want even if you ask us not to" What you are supposed to do is say "We can copy it until you ask us to stop."
-"implied explicitally" is not even possible, the two words are antonyms of each other XD
-Nearly everywhere you say "implied" should be "granted"
-You should provide a way out of the agreement. For most sites, the agreement lasts while the user "maintains registration" on the site.

descrepancy should be Discretion.

Other than that, It doesn't confuse me, so it isn't too bad. ^ is correct on the wording though,

Thanks, I knew there were glaring errors.

The terms of this agreement are maintained while the content submitter is registered on the website, and are therefore terminated when this is not the case.

Any better?
