Learning Ruby

Okay, so I wanna learn Ruby. I have no experience with it/scripting whatsoever, what would be the best place to start?
And how long would it take before I could do some decent Ruby scripting? I have a week to spend a lot of time on it, after that little bits of time.

That's probably where you would want to start learning Ruby. But one week... seems nearly impossible for me. Good luck with it.

I'll be able to spend time on it after this week as well, just not as much.
