I decided to make some ink test before do my real inking that was my first test it turned out well although i find the left part of the hair strange.

So I used a Steadler Lumocolor F instead of the M the M did too thick lines

I gotta say Kip, I like the style you're doing these in. My criticism is that you've got to make cleaner lines that have nicer curves and whatnot. As to HOW, meh, I don't have any tips on that one.

(I like the big hands/feet/head with the small body, tis cutesy)

I'm with Andy- your style is decent but your lines are shit. It looks like the sketches under the lines are a LOT better than the final product.

Judging from the ink blots, it looks as though you are putting an enormous amount of pressure down on the pen and/or making slow, jerky movements.

Thanks I got more coming up
As for the precision of the line i dont think i can do anything about for now until i get a tabel pc. The prob is my handicap beacuse of it my hand is not steady

Also a note on ariane face: in mid inking i saw a bad line and it was already inked

Coming up: 2d from gorillaz and sephirot
Kest: im not sure why but im used to put pres sure so i put a card board behind the sheet dso the inking dosent go the other page

Well... try it on a hard surface instead, next time, and see if that helps any.

Also, might want to practice making smooth strokes with the pen. (That is, if your hand is only unsteady due to lack of experience and not some type of medical condition...)
