If you have more script credits than art credits, and you can't sprite (both patently obvious), something's wrong.
Tip two:
Actually take a look around. This game is lag on a shit sandwich, to but it bluntly.

You got some okay skills in rpg maker XP, but using it combined with the lame sprites and bad story is a waste =/
I think you could come up with some better.

No. Do not listen to that. Sure, the game may be not very good, but that doesn't mean you should remove everything. Doing that will just make people treat you with disrespect and think you can't take criticism. (although some of these posts are just outright flaming, which is bad) As the game maker you are expected to take criticism in a good way, and instead of seeing it as "Your game sucks", try to see it as "Your game is kind of bad, here are some things that might help you out". Posters in threads should try to give good, legitimate criticism as well, even if the game is horrible. Learning how to take criticism in a good way will not only gain you respect from other members, but it is a useful skill in real life that could benefit you.  :thumb:

I do recommend removing the Demo and Screenshot. Those are the Vital blocks of your game(Because people don't read and aim at those 1st) and how you present them. You should look at the criticism and the flaming post too and see what are they talking about. See which part you can AND you see you should AND need to improve on.

Also don't say you suck at something this show how much skills you show and people will not even come back here. Say I am learning to ( ) better this shows power on wanting to improve. I am not going to try the demo because of the poor presentation. Try getting your Sprite and Art together first before post anymore Screenshots.

I don't think that all the above flaming was completelly nessacary.. Honestly, after the first person said the game was crap, everyone else just followed suit like a bunch of pansies. Do what some of the smart people in this topic said and just read some tutorials to improve your game.

Still you are Mods you should help anyone trying to make a game instead of just saying it suck or it shit just to be an ass hole than post a image saying "wtf" is this. Sugar coat the word is NOT A BAD THING!!!! just replace the words sucks > bad and wtf is this to "Here is a mistake in this image". By doing this you make people feel welcome to RMXP.org.

Ok, this isn't good, I'm gonna be completely honest. The mapping is bland, the sprites are terrible, even the eventing isn't good.

Mapping's not too hard once you get the hang of it, I suggest going to the Mapping Improvement thread in RM Discussion. Look through all the maps to get a general idea of how to use each kind of tile and some nice little tips and tricks, finally start making some of your own and when you think they're up to par post em up in the thread and wait for critique, after awhile of doing that you'll be able to make great maps in minutes!
Spriting's not so hard either, just takes practice, just like mapping. There's plenty of spriting tutorials all over the net, including this site, do some searching and you'll learn quick if you really try. Once again once you make something that you think is up to par with what we'd expect post it up in the Resource Analysis Forum. We'll critique ya and you'll improve!
I'd check the Tutorials section for eventing.. that's really all I can say as far as that goes. It's something that you really learn just from reading and playing around with it.
If you're REALLY stuck on something toss me a PM and I'll help ya out or you can try posting a topic in RMXP/RMVX General Support.

Other than those the main bad thing I notice about this game is that it's nothing like Kingdom Hearts. Sure the story uses the same characters but where's the original systems?
Try saying "Turned Based Kingdom Hearts Fan Game." It burns your tounge!
You can pick up an ABS script(it'll letcha battle on the map, no turn based battles) over in Script Analysis, I'd recommend NeoABS by Mr.Mo to start off with since it's pretty easy to work with it(forget the little menu on the side that KH games have, someone would need to script it for you and honestly nobody's gonna do it). I'm assuming you've played KH if you're making a Fan Game so you should know what else you need. Do a search, most of the scripts are already on the site(I even think I saw the rounded HUD somewhere).

@DopyG - Saying Shit isn't flaming and there are no censors on cussin here. Flaming is directly insulting a PERSON, not harshly pointing out errors in the game. Yes, Sic could've been a bit nicer but there's nothing saying he has to be.

@Jimmyly - The mods are people, just like all the members, they can basically do what they want as long as it's within the rules just like everyone else. The mods can criticize harshly, just as the members can, there's no difference. While i agree the Staff COULD be nicer they don't HAVE to and they're not going to. Such is the RMXP.ORG community. Grab a beer, kick back, relax, and put up with it, because whining about it isn't going to do anything except make it worse.
