Hey, I've been registered here for awhile but I never really posted..dont know why

Well I've been working on a story for a game that I hope to make for about a year now, and I figured if I register it will make my goal alot easier

Im good at drawing and programming, but im still trying to learn RGGS it's a little different than what im used to but I'll get the hang of it..lol

Edit: I forgot to add this

Does anyone know how exactly I can start making my game..I tried today but I just ended up messing around with the Maker's for awhile

I've never made a game so I wouldn't feel right just making something up that sounds meaningful. Uh but if you know a programming language. Ruby will be a lot easier to understand. What languages do you know? And you're a double threat if you can draw so you'll fit in nicely here. How did you find RMXP.org? What's your experience with RPG Maker?

Welcome to the .Org! :thumb:

Thanks for the welcome,
Well I know Java and a little C++ , Im still learning Ruby but it's pretty easy so far and not much different from the two.

I found this site on another site that I frequent at, and figured I could get help here if I had any questions..

I first used Rmxp about 4-5 years ago it was pretty easy but I was a little over ambitious and wanted to make an online game witch Cinematics and all the good stuff, so I ended up moving to a different Maker after a year, but I pretty much know the basic's on mapping, and im not to bad with eventing soI guess im not too bad with it.

Yeah C is just a stone's throw Ruby. If code could throw a... stone. Anyway I don't mind answering questions in Support so feel free to ask whatever you want there.
