Killing time - RO Side View Battler

I've been doing so much crap latly, it's unreal. I can't decide what I wanna do, and once I start a project I get carried over to a different one that looks cooler.

This time I'm trying to make a RO sprite Side View Battler for Cybersams. I know theres already a battler out there for this one guy but I couldn't find it, and this one is resized. I am by no means a spriter, but this is just something to kill the time.

A good start... the weapon seems to stand out way too much.

Too bad I don't know how to make his movements more life like. He looks like a retard when I try and animate him.

You should change the sword a bit, or take away some of the outline, the outline is so thick it makes it draws eyes to it instead of the character himself.
