"Kid Yuri" VX sprite WIP

I haven't bought VX yet, but I just felt like spriting a VX-like character for it. If I decided to buy the stupid program, the first game I would make would be a joke game called "Paladin Pizza Lesbians".

This is currently what I have, a single front-view frame of "Kid Yuri" (take a guess as to why I named her that)

As the title suggests, this is a work-in-progress. I want to get feedback on how to improve upon it before I go any further with it.

Finished the top row. Spriting the next will be intimidating...

Only differences between this version is that the chest armor is shaded differently an her mouth doesn't have those red dots anymore.
