Just a Photoshop Question...

Well, first of all my RPG Maker XP has a problem importing items through the Material Base, since it freezes every time I upload. So I decided to manually insert the images into the folder, having the transparencies done on Photoshop. My question is, is there a function in Photoshop 7.0 where you can replace a color into the transparent color? I'm trying to make a tileset have the transparent background, and that can take a long time, considering it's uber tall.

why not just delete the background using background erasertool tolerance 1% :s

I always thought Magic Wand was the only tool to create transparent stuff (Well, aside from deleting the selection box). Silly me.
