judge this graphic please

this is a characters graphic im doing, here it is aniamted slowly. please judge and tell me what i need to improve. (NOTE: It's size will be decreaed, it will be colored and it will have an outline) this is my first graphic.

Interesting design.

I've never seen anyone try to draw out charactersets before. No real bad points.
