Wow, that just seems more asshole-y every day. They're complaining about crap they have no right to. Every country's done bad things, people just like blaming people, like Haiti and the guy saying Haiti deserved it cause of some Devil pact. A country is simply that, collective territory of people. You're not really defined as Japanese, except it's like a large and exclusive group that you're born into. Japan's done its fair share of shit, like Nanking and pearl harbor, but America's got shit as well, Korea (at least north, not too sure about south korea sins) has shit wrong with it, and everyone's just human. Condemning them is basically condemning them to die and saying that you're better and you deserve to live. :\
Otherwise, it's quite a shame. Something of that magnitude happens only roughly every couple of years, 20 i believe, so It's a shame that that happened. I heard on the radio, but the japanese stock market plummetted like billions of dollars I think (I might be wrong, the radio was a bit.... static-y). I've got like 2 people I know in japan, and while they weren't actually affected immediately (besides the electricity and etc.), they had a whole bunch of relatives that were really badly hurt.
Anyways, this earthquake's the 5th largest since earthquakes. started being recorded, and it's a shame it happened.
DJ: you have any stories about its affects on Korea?
Sure. because of japan quake, Korea also had a small quake
in Incheon. But it's magnitude was just about 3.2,
Which means normal people even rarely feel it.
And you know, Japan's Fukushima Atomic Plant is on crisis
status. two of reactor has exploded0, and one of them
are about to meltdown. several people who lives around there,
and who works in plant were exposed to radiation.
The people who live 20Km diameter around Fukushima Plant
already evacuated to safe area, but radiation is still spreading.
Also this makes worry in Korea since it could be possible for
radiation to spread in Korea, but possibility is really low
since the wind is blowing to East, which will spread radiation
to Pacific Sea, Western side of U.S and Canada, and Mexico.
The biggest concern about japanese quake is that Korean people
who is in Japan. Korean Government said that currently most of them
lost contact. Some of people returned to korea or evacuated to safe location, but still concern is increasing for people with lost contact.
Lee Myung Bak, President of South Korea decided to send about 110 rescue crews. 5 of crews are already in Japan, and 100 additional crews will arrive in Japan soon.

Well, some Americans think Japanese deserved this because of what happened in Pearl Harbor, sixty years ago. I think it's crazy complaining about something that happened when you weren't even born.
Heh, that's what i call 'Useless Patriotism'.
Maybe they think that Japanese are all bad guys who would invade other country and slaughter. But actually people say that most of japanese people are very kind and good, Contrary to what we knows.
