That's ika. They support that over at rpgmaker.net. But it's not an RMXP battle system.

Yeah I thought it looked like 2K or 2K3, but I wasnt sure either, I jsut think the battle system's set up pretty cool. Is ika the type of program, or is it a title to the game?..
