I've misplaced my Product Key for RMXP and cannot log in!

I've purchased RMXP for the $60 and had the product key but since then have come in contact with a deadly virus that shut down all my antivirus software. So -- what did I do? I rebooted my computer to factory-shipped condition and have re-installed all my software.. But I misplaced my product description and need help reinstalling RMXP all over again! -_- Anyone help?

Okay! Perhaps someone should stickey this! I know how to do it, and have done it multiple times.

Just send a FRIENDLY EMAIL to support@protexis.com. Give them any purchase information you have. Address, credit card name, etc. If it is enough for them to deem who you are they will respond with your serial and an activation code. The best information to give is your order number, which I guess you lost if you do not know your serial.

Hope you can get it fixed!
