lol. Apple's software has been used in defence and the armed forces for years, they probably use that license agreement for all their software and add to it, it's easier than creating a new one for every product that comes out. The microsoft license agreement is the same for every product, but it's updated regularly.
So this one is probably related to the software apple make for the US army.
