ok so i need to lose weight. im not OVER WEIGHT by any means but my health is getting bad cause my diet sucks. so, itt please help me get a better physique! im not trying to get ripped or anything but basically to get physically fit again and to shed my little belly. im actually a pretty decent size i just want to have a flat tummy again and get my immune system in working order (i have a naturally bad heart)
this week im going to stick to just drinking water and eating fruits and veggies with an occasional meat (chicken or fish) at dinner times.
anyone who can help me with any good tips I would appreciate. (im lookin at u sauk) i know that like LOSING WEIGHT more that 2-3 lbs a week is just dangerous and i dont want to risk my health. but any good exercises or ways to eat would be great. im looking to audition this november with a drum corps so i need to get able to carry a 40 lbs drum on my shoulders.
