Issues with Rye's CBS Starter Kit 0.3 (Please Help)

      Ok... Where to start, Ah! Today I installed LegACy's 1-Scene CMS (http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?to ... .msg350801)
And its coming out to have a few Compatibility Issues with Rye's CBS Starter Kit 0.3(http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=24608.0)

The Problem is when I installed the CMS The CBS got screwed up(Im adding screenies):
