Is there a script?

I need a script to make the main menu of the game like a Pokemon one, No not the splashes. I mean a Menu with no choices; You press enter and it goes to a new screen with Three choices in the top left saying New Game, Continue (Only if you have a save) and Options.

I hope I made that clear...I'll show it in Pictures:
