Hello HBGames community,
Firstly, my name is Hannah and I'm 23 currently living in the U.K. I've been relatively nervous about joining, but I love reading this forum. I thought introducing myself might help me make some interesting friends, critique work and share resources. I had a little gander at the introductory rules, also briefly read a few other 'hello' threads and I'll follow it to the best I can!
Feel free to get in contact with me on MSN: hwilliams_89@hotmail.com
Thanks for reading!

What is your history with game creation and the game making community?
I'm a fairly timid person, not very good at internet socialising however hard I try, but I would like some friends that can put up with some weirdness.
What is your field of expertise in game making?
I've been designing games for over a decade, going through different platforms (Starting with QBasic, Flash, RM series and ending up with Unreal as of current). But my field of expertise would have to be storyline/character development. I adore stories with a thousand stories inside.
How did you find the forums?
Just browsing, and wanting to get back into designing games on an RM program. I remember that this website changed its name quite a bit years ago but that's all I can recall.
What you hope to get out of the forum?
I hope to receive and dish out respectable criticism on designs, artwork, music etc. I also hope to set up my own Gameover/Title screen thread and make a few friends there.
What kind of creative talents do you have (outside of game creation)?
Fairly professional standard of Adobe software (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash), used to dabble a lot in programming languages, mostly C++ and PHP but that was a while ago now.
What are your hobbies or interests?
All aspects of designing games, but not really much of a player of games. I prefer watching other people play and I just take mental notes on what people dislike or enjoy.
What kind of music do you listen to?
Mostly all genres, but I am very picky and it depends on my mood. Most of the time.. alternative rock. Right now I've got the Samurai Champloo album on, rocking it.
What level of education are you in? What are you studying in college?
Currently a production design student at University, not particularly loving it.
