Intro Event to Title how to?

I have a cutscene that I was hoping to use for an intro movie leading into the title....how can it be done?

Umm, I actually wanted to know if I could watch an event in the game, before the title screen ever even shows......

I think there is a script for this, So search in the Submitted RGSS Scripts.
