intro before title screen

I'm wondering what are the commands to put into scene_title to make an intro before the title screen. I'm looking for show picture, wait, fade, erase picture, and shake screen. All i need are the commands

I'm looking for this too, but what he needs is that theres an intro before the title screen and then the title screen loads.
