If you haven't figured it out yet, I can be very random. :tongue:

So here's the deal. I was a member between a year ago and six months ago, approximately. During that time, I became a moderator for a short time and got into a few random fights. I apologize for that. I was having a rough time with pertussis and then a relapse of pertussis and I was probably high on all the drugs I was taking, so I was inherently pissed while I was around. I'm still a little uptight and I'm still obsessive compulsive with grammar, though.

My features? I'm definitely strange and I have a lot of fucked-up beliefs. Fucked-up in that they're different from everyone else's idea of what's normal. I got into RPG Maker last year and I've been tinkering with it ever since, on and off. I've never completed a large game, but I have quite a few tutorials hanging around.

Updates! Since I left, I created a forum called Discussion Abyss, which has given me a lot of experience with forum software and databases. I'm slowly becoming a bit of a techie. I've also learned HTML, CSS, XSLT, XPath, and XML. Oh, and I'm starting to learn how to script in Ruby, or at least in RPG Maker. I spent a lot of the time after I left catching up in school, so I'm glad I left when I did. I've now graduated, I'm 18, and looking for a job (there haven't been any openings near me for a while, but I'm hoping there will be some toward the end of August).

So why am I back? Well, I like RPG Maker. :biggrin: I have a very small game I've completed called Final Wish, which I'll post in the Completed Games forum when I get around to it. It's honestly barely a half hour, but it's complete in the sense that it has a beginning, middle, and end. By the way, I like that you've opened yourself up to other programs. I'm working on a platformer in Game Maker at the moment, so it'll be nice to feel free to post it.

Yeah, so you'll see me around again. I hope you enjoyed reading this topic! I have a tendency to write too much sometimes.

Eh, what can I say? I was suffering like you wouldn't believe in real life and all the little shit I went through here pushed me over the edge. I used the site as a sort of vent for my frustration, I guess. I can't change that, although I'd like you to re-consider your opinion of me. :thumb:

To give you an idea of what I went through:
I was coughing really harshly for four weeks and all the doctors shrugged their shoulders. I went to specialists and had multiple scans, but they had no idea. Eventually, we ended up driving two hours to New Haven to see a good doctor, who actually figured out that I had pertussis. In the middle of the illness, when the coughing was worst, I broke a rib. Keep in mind that I was still coughing with the broken rib. That was the first few months I was on here.

In between was my good time. I was happy with everyone and working with it. That's probably that first part of your sentence.

So after two weeks of school, I get the cough back. Again, doctors have no idea. They just shrugged their shoulders and subscribed me stuff in hopes that it would help. Not to mention it kept getting worse, then a little better, then worse again, so it was a major disappointment every other week or so. This lasted for three months, all of which I had no idea what was going on with my lungs, fighting with the school because they wanted to send me back since I had no "physical condition" that the doctors could find, and trying to stay caught up in my homework. I ended up having to drop the AP physics class I was so looking forward to because I was absent for too long to catch up. And then after being mocked, reverse-exiled, and everything else, I just snapped. I couldn't take it anymore.

I don't even remember what was in the blog post, to be honest. I think it was something about rmxp.org dying and me hating it? Well, rmxp.org technically died, so I was right in that respect. ^_^; And I do still have a little bit of a grudge against the site, but that's slowly disappearing. Hell, me wanting to be back here should be evidence enough that I don't hate this place anymore.
