In game skits

[Excalibur]

I was wondering if there was a script that could make things similar to the skits in Tales of Symphonia for example. You could push a button and pictures would pop up with dialoge and such. There would be pictures of the characters that are talking and their mouths would move. With the words coming up at the bottom of the screen.
I want to make it so you don't HAVE to watch them. You can choose not to if you want.
