In battle party changer option

Can someone make scripts or a script that will allow me to choose and option like under defend in a battle that allows you to change te order of your party members?

I'd love a script like this, it's like the Final Fantasy 10 system, where you could have 8 People in the party, but only 3 could fight in battles, so the first three people would be in battle, and you could switch the formation.

Someone please do this, it'd be great on so many levels !

i was thinking of something like this http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?topic=9722.0 but it can be used in battle and your not about to select the stuff on the left side
