hey man i don't go into your threads and insult your taste in music (actually i probably have).

i love merzbow. i spent like two weeks downloading the merzbox in its entirety and i love it. harsh noise is a really nice genre but not everybody really gets it

I dunno, I like deep bass and acid beats, usually without words such as Ratatat and Justice so after listening to that I couldn't comprehend. I mean it just has absolutely no structure what-so-ever. I dunno maybe that's what turns you on to it I dunno.

But if it makes it any better, I did go out and try some other bands, I listened to The Locust, and while that was weird, I thought it was decent. I mean when I try a genre, I give it the best shot it has but truely I just can't do it. I'll stick with my instumental/techno ^.^

going by lyrics, those songs really aren't that bad.

pokemon osts is rather vauge. the game music has no voices and the anime songs deal with friendship and victory and working hard. While they are cheezy to the older crowd, I don't think they are bad.
