It's actually quite good. There's just something that bugs me about the eyes, maybe they need an outline. Also I think you need to make the top of the hair just a tad darker.

I like it and I think spectacular because I wish I could sprite like that because those are the skills that I don't have.
This, you're eyes need a darker color in the middle or else it's going to look like the eyes are staring at you from the other side of the dimension.theGoldenMoon":25draaf2 said:
The top of the hair doesn't need to be darker as much as it needs a middle shade in there to make it less brightening.
Other than that looks like a fine work. Might wanna rethink the color scheme though it's kinda Gray.

The first thing that jumps out at me is how jagged the top of the hair looks, probably because of the super light color contrasting with the outline. The dithering on the cloak looks a bit off; I would maybe try to use solid shading instead? Also there's a few odd bright blue pixels on the legs in your "walking" frames that stand out a lot.
