LonelyElf, you'll really have to do better than this. Don't expect anyone create such a system if you don't even bother describing it well. Read this: http://www.rmxp.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1535 And maybe you'll get my point.

here i go:
there would be a side bar that shows the character or building you select.
if it's on your side you can select actions, info, save, and exit.
or if it's a building something else.
a small map would be shown above the character side bar. the would be red dots for orcs on the map, and blue for human. there would be vehicles like ships, and airships. the battles would be action based. will add more if i can!

edit: you can also choose to be orc or human
