Huge Newbie... Adding items to database...

How do adding items and such to the database?  I am a major newbie at this, and if there is a guide, please point me to it.  Thanks.

Under Tools, there should be the Resource Manager (or whatever it's called) option right next to Database. Once you're there, just choose which folder you want to add the resources to (Cheractersets, Tilesets, BGM, ME, etc.,) and hit Import to choose what you want to put there.

If you mean you cannot make more items because there is a limit of 100,  open up the database and click on [Change Maximum...] at the bottom left.
