How to make my sprite transparent...?

Good evening guys... I've got a question...
I used UGO HeroMachine to create a character, and when I paste it into paint (the only way to save it is to capture it) and I save it to a .png file, that background remains visible in RPG Maker... Does any of you know how to make the background transparent??

Choose your BGcolor as transparent when you port to RMXP.
