how to make an enemy target a member of your choise

im trying to make a system in the game where you have a tank, a healer, and some who do damage, so you have a real group role fealing, just like with wow and such, but i cant figure out how to make an enemy attack the tank. anyone know how i can make a script so that will happen?

this sounds like something someone would have made by now, im not exactly sure tho, but it would be a neat script to have
