How to install new scripts.

How do I install a new script into my own game?
Also if anyone could give me something that would help understand ccoa's CBS alittle better, I read the threads and only see things like my I'm having troubles editing your battle system I want to make "this" do "that" and I think its the 4xtyz8 but I can't get it to do the g9k of the "stupidness"=99
In this case I have ccoa's CBS v3.04 EX.
I do know that I can't just add a script anywhere I want.
So I plan on not adding the script anywhere but the same place ccoa did.
But I just don't know how to make a new line for a new script.

Despite the fact I don't want to... incase anyone has troubles understanding my question heres a picture of what I mean.

Right click on the script that will be below the one you're going to create, then Insert.
