How to change text color in messages?

Hi! I have an Intro in my game Tree Soul Kingdom (who was copied from me once btw :P) and in the intro there's an epic background and I do have text messages in it telling the original story. The problem is that the original text_color is white and you can't read the text since the bg is very bright.

So my question is: How do you change the ORIGINAL COLOR? I've tried everything. ~please help

You place "X" with a number that represents a color. Such as: /c[2]Hi!

If you want it to go back to white, then you do: /c[2]What's up?/c[0]

My slashes could be in the wrong direction, so if you are not getting a color, just switch them. ^_^

I don't remember which number means what, but you can keep trying until you get it. I think you can push F2 to see the message as it would appear in game.

Good luck! XD
