How do you use the bigger graphics for dialogue for RMVX

Hey, I'm having much trouble with this... I've seen on a youtube vid where someone uses dialogue and the character faceset appears with most of their body above the dialogue box.

It looks like this was done with a script.  However, you can also make the character faces into pictures and place them above the dialogue box by using the Show picture, Move picture, and Remove picture event commands.
