How do you make a character graphic in the menu?

Okay, so I've decided that I want to have it so the forth character is a guest and I want to make the guests picture show up on the left hand corner of the menu screen. But every time I try to do this, an error message comes up. Does anyone know how to make the fourth character's graphic come up through scripts?

Okay, I still need some help with this and I've tried different ways to do it like to use a picture in the menu, but it get's covered up. I was wondering if anyone could help me. Please. It would be most appreciated. I don't care if it's through scripts or not but if there is anyway to draw the fourth character's graphic in the menu I hope somebody would tell me. I need it in a new window box on the bottom left. It would be the same type of window as the play time and the steps, but I need the fourth character drawn in it, or if I can use conditional branches to tell what character is in the party and draw a picture in there somehow, that would work to. But please I need some assistance.

Thank you. I kept putting the number 4 instead of 3. Stupid me. I'd forgotten script numbers started with 0, so thanks a lot.
